The HWGC HW-T4-50F-PLUS is a four-head intelligent high-speed pick and place machine built for high-precision SMT production. With a placement speed of 5,000-8,000 pcs/h and placement accuracy of 0.05 mm, it is an ideal solution for LED lighting, consumer electronics and small-to-medium batch PCB assembly.

- Handles 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, LED beads, diodes, transistors, SOT and components up to 30x30 mm; QFP/BGA with pin pitch over 0.3 mm within 50x50 mm
- Windows-based HWGC self-developed intelligent operating system; one-click auto programming, CSV/TXT coordinate import and optimal path planning
- Automatic recovery of missed pickups, component-angle correction and reject of invalid components
