HW-D4-42F Four-Head Smart Pick and Place Machine
The HW-D4-42F is a new-generation compact four-head SMT mounter built for high-efficiency, high-precision electronic assembly. It mounts 8,000-11,000 components per hour with ±0.05mm placement accuracy and 0.01mm positioning accuracy, combining high-definition vision, AC servo drives and ground ball screws in a one-piece cast-iron frame that runs smoothly and quietly for more than 24 hours of non-stop production.
With 42 feeder slots (8mm basis), NXT electric feeder support, vibration feeder compatibility and two IC trays holding 96 positions, the HW-D4-42F covers components from 0201 chips up to 30×30mm QFP/BGA packages with 0.3mm pitch. Its self-developed intelligent software optimizes complex layouts with one click, so programming a new job takes as little as five minutes - an ideal fit for R&D labs, prototyping shops and small-to-medium batch SMT production.
