HW-M448 Dual-Gantry Modular Pick and Place Machine
The HW-M448 is a fully automatic modular SMT placement machine built around two independent four-head gantries controlled by a single computer and one unified software interface. With 8 JUKI-type nozzles working simultaneously, it delivers a real placement speed of 20,000–27,000 pcs/h while holding 0.05 mm placement accuracy and 0.01 mm positioning accuracy. The one-piece cast-iron frame keeps vibration and noise low, so the line can run more than 24 hours non-stop with a finished-board yield of up to 99.7%. From 0201 chips to 35×35 mm QFP/BGA devices and components up to 20 mm tall, the HW-M448 covers the full range of high-volume SMT production, LED assembly and mixed-technology boards.
