HW-X400 Automatic PCB Suction Loader
The HW-X400 is a compact vacuum suction loader positioned at the front of the SMT production line, normally right before the fully automatic solder paste printer. On the demand signal from the downstream machine, it picks bare PCBs one by one from the stack with high-pressure suction cups and transfers them onto the line, delivering stable automatic board feeding in a footprint of only 700 × 700 mm. PLC control keeps operation smooth and dependable, while the adjustable suction positions adapt to different board layouts.
