HW-J500 Fully Automatic Solder Paste Mixer
The HW-J500 is a fully automatic solder paste mixer designed to bring refrigerated solder paste back to working condition in minutes. It combines rapid rewarming, bubble removal and thorough mixing in one sealed cycle - the paste jar never needs to be opened, so the paste is protected from oxidation and moisture throughout the process. Paste comes out soft, uniform and immediately printable, making SMT stencil printing simpler and more consistent.
Driven by a planetary mixing principle that combines motor revolution with rotation, the HW-J500 handles two jars per cycle (a 500g counterweight jar is included for single-jar operation). Microcomputer control with an Omron time relay delivers precise, repeatable timing with automatic stop, while the balanced jig design keeps vibration low and operation quiet. Old and new solder paste can even be mixed together, helping factories cut material waste and speed up line preparation.
