The HW-QS660 is a fully automatic solder paste screen printer engineered for accurate, repeatable SMT stencil printing. Its gantry-type squeegee beam carries a suspended, auto-lifting squeegee head, while an up/down dual-view CCD vision system and a UVW correction platform hold printing accuracy within ±0.025 mm and repeatability within ±0.02 mm. A one-stage conveyor transports boards up to 600 × 400 mm with automatic positioning and a motor-driven precision ball-screw clamping device, and the printing cycle stays under 8 seconds per board (excluding printing and cleaning time), making the HW-QS660 a solid choice for medium- and high-volume SMT production lines.
