Flow of work

PCB positioning

Input: The PCB enters the mounter through the delivery system.

Positioning: The vision system recognizes the reference points on the PCB to ensure accurate positioning.

Element picking

Feeding: The feeder delivers the component to the pick up position.

Pick up: The mounting head picks up components from the feeder.

Component detection

Visual inspection: The camera detects the position, orientation and shape of the component to ensure correct pickup.

Component mounting

Positioning: The mounting head places the component precisely according to the pad position on the PCB.

Mount: The mount head places the component on the PCB, usually using a vacuum nozzle or clamp.

PCB output

Output: The completed mounted PCB is output through the transmission system and enters the next process.
