Product Introduction
The HW-R816E is a channel-type eight-zone hot air reflow soldering oven built for lead-free and leaded SMT production. A 350 mm wide 316 stainless steel mesh belt carries boards through 2,800 mm of heating length with 8 upper and 8 lower independently controlled zones, while a Windows-based industrial PC with touch screen and Siemens PLC keeps every zone within ±1-2°C. It is a practical choice for SMT assembly lines that need stable thermal profiles, low running power and easy maintenance.

- 8 top + 8 bottom heating zones with independent PID control; zones can be started group by group from the middle outward, cutting start-up energy or time by about 1/3
- High-efficiency nickel-chromium heating tubes with curved reflector covers and forced hot-air circulation give uniform heat across the PCB and components
- Static temperature accuracy ±1-2°C, ramp capability 3°C/s, and up to 100°C difference between adjacent zones for demanding lead-free profiles
- 350 mm 316#SUS stainless mesh belt, wear-resistant and deformation-proof, with closed-loop speed control held within ±2%
- Industrial computer with 17" LCD under Windows, Siemens PLC and temperature modules, plus three-channel online thermal profiling with analysis software
- Full alarm system: tri-color tower light, buzzer and red flashing on-screen alerts; production, alarm and temperature curve databases with print support
- Power-failure protection with mechanical rotary output device moves PCBs out safely; delayed shutdown cools the tunnel evenly to protect conveyor parts
- Upper furnace body lifts by dual gas cylinders with self-locking support rods, opening the whole tunnel for fast cleaning and servicing
