HW-R10 Ten-Zone Lead-Free Reflow Soldering Oven
The HW-R10 is a full-size ten-zone hot-air convection reflow soldering oven designed for demanding lead-free SMT production. By forced hot air circulation it melts the solder paste on PCB pads and forms reliable electrical and mechanical joints between components and the board. With twenty independently controlled heating zones (ten top + ten bottom), a 3,940 mm heating tunnel and a flexible mesh-belt plus edge-rail conveyor system, the HW-R10 handles everything from 0201/0402 fine-pitch assemblies to large, high-thermal-mass boards in high-mix batch production.

- 20 independent PID heating zones (10 upper + 10 lower), each zone can be switched on/off separately; up to 100°C temperature difference between adjacent zones supports the strictest lead-free profiles.
- Fast thermal response: 3°C/s temperature ramp and ≤0.5 s heat-balance recovery from no-load to full load, thanks to exposed wound-wire heaters with minimal thermal inertia.
- Triple conveyor flexibility: 500 mm wide 316# SUS mesh belt combined with a 50-380 mm adjustable edge-rail chain conveyor; belt-only, rail-only or synchronized parallel transport, L→R or R→L direction optional.
- Powerful cooling: dual-zone top/bottom air cooling with adjustable fan speed; the cooling unit can be converted between air cooling and water cooling on request.
- External flux recovery: two independent collection zones at the tunnel inlet and outlet suppress flux condensation in low-temperature areas; the unit disassembles quickly for in-production maintenance.
- Reliable control: Windows industrial PC with 17" LCD and Siemens PLC / temperature modules; touch-screen or dual PC + touch-screen control options eliminate downtime worries.
- Process traceability: three-channel online temperature profiling with intelligent analysis software, plus production report, alarm history and operation log databases.
- Energy saving: only 8-10 kW consumption during normal lead-free operation; zones heat up sequentially from the middle outward, cutting warm-up energy by about one third.
