Product Introduction
The HW-R816Z is an eight-zone hot air reflow soldering oven that combines a 400 mm stainless steel mesh belt with 280 mm adjustable edge rails in one machine, so it can carry both bare boards and odd-shaped assemblies through the same tunnel. Eight upper and eight lower heating zones cover 2,800 mm of heating length, governed by a touch-screen industrial PC with Siemens PLC and fuzzy PID control that holds each zone within ±1-2°C. A 500 mm forced-air cooling section finishes the profile, making the R816Z a flexible reflow solution for mixed SMT production.

- Windows industrial PC with 17" LCD, Siemens PLC and temperature modules; three-channel online thermal profiler with analysis software built in
- Tri-color light, buzzer and on-screen red-flash alarms, with production output, alarm history and temperature curve databases that can be analyzed and printed
- Independent over-temperature cut-off, phase-sequence protection, power-failure PCB output device and delayed shutdown cooling protect both boards and machine
- Dual gas cylinders lift the whole upper furnace with self-locking support rods, so tunnel cleaning and maintenance take minutes
