SMT mounters (SMT mounters) are key devices in electronics manufacturing for the precise placement of surface mount components (SMDS) onto printed circuit boards (PCBS).

Shipping package
Our SMT machine is a high-precision equipment, and the export packaging needs special consideration of shock-proof, moisture-proof, dustproof and other factors to ensure that the equipment is not damaged during transportation.
We will do packaging preparation before packaging, clean the mounter, ensure that the inside and outside of the mounter clean, to avoid dust or debris into the equipment. Fix movable parts, remove vulnerable parts, and do anti-moisture treatment for the patch machine.
Our shipping packaging is divided into internal packaging and external packaging, and the internal packaging is mainly used to wrap the equipment with shock-resistant foam or bubble film, focusing on protecting precision components (such as mount heads, sensors, etc.). Wrap a waterproof plastic film around the outside of the device to protect it from moisture. The device is then secured to a wooden or plastic base to prevent sliding in transit.
The outer packing mainly uses a strong wooden box to ensure that the thickness and strength of the box meet international transport standards (such as ISPM15 standards).
The container is filled with shock-proof materials (such as foam, sponge, or bubble film) to ensure that the device is not in direct contact with the container. For very large mounters, a metal frame can be used to reinforce and the exterior can be covered with waterproof material.
