The HWGC HW-T6-64F is a six-head intelligent high-speed pick and place machine engineered for high-precision IC, BGA and LED assembly. Six industrial recognition cameras identify components simultaneously, a 5-megapixel imported industrial calibration camera handles chips up to 35x35 mm with 0.3 mm pin pitch at over 99.5% success rate, and the machine runs at 9,000-10,000 pcs/h.
