HW-X100 Unloader
The HW-X100 is a fully automatic PCB unloader built by HWGC, a China SMT machine manufacturer. Positioned at the end of an SMT production line, this PCB handling equipment collects finished boards flowing off the line and stacks them neatly into a 355x320x563 mm magazine, ready for the next process or for warehousing. It accepts PCBs of 330 (50-250) mm with a thickness of 0.6-3.0 mm, and its stepper-motor-driven downstream pusher places every board into the magazine without manual handling. With a transfer height of 900±20 mm and a freely settable lift pitch of 10-50 mm, the unloader closes the automation loop of the PCB assembly line.
