HW-J60 Conveyor
The HW-J60 is a no-lamp PCB linking conveyor from HWGC, a China SMT machine manufacturer. It connects SMT and AI production lines and also works as a buffer, inspection, testing and manual component insertion station for PCB assembly. The 0.6 m rail handles PCB widths from 50 to 400 mm at a conveyor height of 900±20 mm, using an anti-static flat belt with an adjustable speed of 0.5-400 mm/min. A dual-screw rail width adjustment and a single-phase 220 V, 100 W power supply round out a simple, low-maintenance SMT conveyor that slots easily into an existing production line.
Key Features
- Dual-screw rail width adjustment for fast and precise setting
- Smooth anti-static flat-belt transport that prevents board jamming
- Adjustable conveyor speed from 0.5 to 400 mm/min
- ESD worktable board fitted as standard, with illumination available as an option on this no-lamp model
- Suits PCB widths from 50 to 400 mm
- Connects SMT and AI lines and supports PCB buffering, inspection, testing and manual insertion
- Rail length and number of stop positions can be customized to the layout
- 900±20 mm conveyor height aligns with standard SMT equipment

SMT Industry News
Market research forecasts continued growth of the global chip mounter and SMT equipment market through 2032, and smart factory integration with MES connectivity and real-time process data is spreading across PCB assembly lines. For a line operator, growth in demand also means more pressure on every transfer point: a stalled conveyor stops the printer, the placement machine and the AOI behind it. A simple, dependable linking conveyor keeps boards moving between stations and provides the signal handshake that automated lines rely on. As factories add inspection and testing steps to satisfy high-end computing customers, such conveyors also create the accessible buffer positions where operators can check or hand-insert parts without touching the placement equipment.
Applications
The HW-J60 is used between machines in an SMT production line and as a stand-alone inspection or manual insertion station on AI lines. Electronics manufacturers place it before or after printing, placement, reflow and AOI stations to buffer boards and smooth out small differences in cycle time. Contract manufacturers with several lines use it as a general-purpose SMT conveyor that can be repositioned as layouts change, and buyers who need a shorter rail or a specific number of stop positions can order the unit to size. It is a practical piece of PCB handling equipment for factories that want reliable board transfer without unnecessary features.
