The patch machine adopts the gantry structure, under the control of the central processing unit, through the multi-axis synchronous linkage of X, Y, Z, A axis, to complete the assembly action of components. Its operation adopts the linear insertion algorithm to realize the AC servo motor drive system with fully synchronous control circuit, minimize the internal vibration, and ensure the smooth movement of X, Y, Z and A axis direction, making the component positioning and multi-angle mounting more accurate. The whole system has fast response speed, low noise and smooth operation.
