Mounting head
The mounting head is made of nano aviation materials with highconcentricity,no whitening,wear resistance,good resilience,and staticelectricity free ceramic suction nozzles.Theproduction process adopts
German 4.0 intelligent industrial standards,meeting the European UnionROSH environmental requirements.Negative pressure is generated througha vacuum generator,and components are sucked and placed on the PCB.

The PCB transfer conveyor adopts an anti-statictransmission belt,which has good elasticity,isnot easy to deform,has good flexibility,hightensile strength,and good wear resistance.It isgood in preventing static electricity,and is notaffected by static electricity when transportingelectronic components.The track width can beautomatically adjusted according to the size ofthe PCB.The device is equipped with a positionsensor,and uses a three-stage conveyor toscientifically plan the plate feeding anddischarging time,achieving efficient productionof the device.

Machine equipped with an industrial camera,with better performance and stability.The HuaweiGuochuang mounting system can complete component identification under multiple cameras in milliseconds,and compensate for the identification results,ensuring high-quality collection of component images,therebymore accurately transmitting component data and coordinate data to the CPU,to obtaining more accuratemounting data.
Multi Axis Linkage System
Our chip shooter adopts an arch structure,it completes the mounting action of components throughmulti-axis synchronous linkage of the X.YZ.A axis with controlled by the CPU.Its operation uses a dual ACservo motor drive system with a fully synchronized control circuit,minimizing internal vibration,ensuringsmooth movement in the XY.Z.A axis direction,making the positioning and multi-angle mounting ofcomponents more accurate.The entire system has fast response speed,low noise,and smooth operation.
