HW-Z750 Turner
The HW-Z750 is a single-rail 90-degree turner from HWGC, a China SMT machine manufacturer, built to connect two SMT production lines that are arranged at right angles. When the machine receives the handshake signal, it automatically rotates each PCB by 90 degrees and passes it on to the next machine. An adjustable-width rail trolley combines rail extension, retraction and rotation to dock precisely with both neighbours. The unit measures 750x750x1200±20 mm, accepts PCBs from 50x50 mm to 250x350 mm, operates at a conveyor height of 920±20 mm and runs on AC 220 V with PLC control.
