HW-X400 Loader
The HW-X400 is an automatic vacuum PCB loader from HWGC, a China SMT machine manufacturer, designed to feed stacked bare boards into an SMT production line. A flexible suction-cup head with high-pressure vacuum lifts each PCB and delivers it to the downstream machine, normally an automatic solder paste printer, on demand. The loader accepts boards from 50x50 mm up to 400x300 mm, conveys at a height of 900±20 mm, runs on AC 220 V with a 5 kgf/cm2 air supply and occupies a compact 700x700x1300 mm footprint. PLC control plus a standard signal interface make automatic board feeding easy to integrate into PCB assembly.
