Product Introduction

HW-R406 four-zone reflow welding is a reflow welding equipment for surface mount technology (SMT) production lines, which is mainly used to attach electronic components mounted on printed circuit boards (PCBS) by heating welding. Four-zone reflow refers to the fact that the equipment has four independent temperature zones, each of which allows precise temperature control to achieve an optimized welding process.

Temperature sensor:The sensor probe adopts the exposed package to ensure the sensitivity of the product to the maximum extent. Generally speaking, the reaction speed will not exceed 2 seconds when the temperature fluctuates.Because the sensor probe is designed for the exposed type, the temperature is sensitive, the difference between the induction temperature and the measured temperature is relatively small, and the temperature setting target value and the actual air temperature reaching the board surface will not exceed 1 degree.


Design features:

In line with the principle of energy conservation and environmental protection, we have added the design of guide tuyere and accelerator in the design. This design is mainly to prevent the return air, and the wind can only circulate inside after coming in from the outside, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.


Uniformity aspect:

In order to make the uniformity in the furnace better, we use the drive motor and wind wheel design, light aluminum wind wheel so that the drive motor load is small, long life.The wind wheel design makes the heat circulation in the furnace better, the heat compensation faster, thus the uniformity is better, and the energy saving, the upper six under six standard six temperature zone reflux welder, one hour measured electricity consumption of 3.5 hours or so.
