HW-R816Z Reflow
The HW-R816Z is an eight-zone, tunnel-type SMT reflow oven from China SMT machine manufacturer HWGC, combining a 400 mm stainless steel mesh belt with a 280 mm rail for flexible board transport. It melts solder paste on PCB pads through forced hot-air convection. Sixteen heating zones, eight above and eight below the conveyor, run across a 2,800 mm heating section, followed by a 500 mm cooling section. Boards move at 0-1.8 m/min while PID plus SSR control holds ±1-2°C static accuracy up to 300°C for lead-free and leaded PCB assembly.
