HW-R816E Reflow
The HW-R816E is an eight-zone, tunnel-type SMT reflow oven from China SMT machine manufacturer HWGC, fitted with a touchscreen control system and a stainless steel mesh belt. It melts solder paste on PCB pads through forced hot-air convection. Sixteen heating zones, eight above and eight below the conveyor, cover a 2,800 mm heating section, followed by two forced-air cooling zones, while the 350 mm mesh belt moves boards at 0-1.8 m/min. PID plus SSR control holds ±1-2°C static accuracy up to 300°C for lead-free and leaded PCB assembly.
